As things have calmed down a little, and we should have some time to relax and let life takes it course. I wanted to share some philosophical thoughts that I’ve had, which you’ll be able to learn more about that and my philosophy once my book comes out.
- Focus on Introspection: The core idea is that life gains its true worth through conscious examination and self-awareness.
- Seek Meaning, Not Just Existence: Socrates suggests that mere existence is insufficient; a life lived without questioning and understanding is a life missing its potential.
- Practical Application:
- Question your beliefs: Take time to consider the assumptions and values you hold, and ask why you hold them.
- Reflect on your actions: Examine your decisions and their consequences to ensure they align with your personal values and contribute to a good life.
- Engage in self-inquiry: Ask yourself what truly brings you happiness and what you want your life to represent.
